Having a hobby is very important. Maybe it's just as important as getting to know your career path. It can be a way out of a stuffy work life, or a hobby can be a part of your life. Having a hobby is so meaningful in life that there is a saying that it's a pretty good way to overcome depression.

If you can answer the question of what your hobby is without hesitation, it must be a huge blessing. However, there are moments when you are interrupted more often than you think. You can get hurt while exercising or your equipment can be damaged. You can lose interest or you can fight with your partner.

When we have a lot of stress at work, how can we stay away from it if we are stressed out even at hobbies? Is there a way to have fun coexisting with our good companions in life?

취미를 가진다는건 굉장히 중요합니다. 어쩌면 자신의 진로를 알아가는 것 만큼 중요할수 도 있습니다. 답답한 회사생활에서 탈출구가 될 때도 있고, 취미가 삶의 목적이 되는 경우도 있습니다. 우울증을 극복하는 여러가지 방법 중에서 꽤나 괜찮은 방법으로 취미를 가져보라는 말이 있을 정도로 취미를 가진다는 것은 삶에서 큰 의미를 가집니다.

만약 취미가 무엇이냐는 질문에 당신이 망설임 없이 대답을 할 수 있다면 그것은 굉장히 큰 축복임에 틀림이 없습니다. 하지만 취미를 즐기다보면 생각보다 자주 방해를 받는 순간들이 있죠. 운동을 하다가 다칠 수도 있고, 장비가 망가질 수도 있다. 흥미가 떨어질수도 있고 함께하던 사람과 싸울수도 있습니다. 우리는 일터에서 받는 스트레스도 굉장히 많은데 취미에서조차 스트레스를 받으면 우리는 어디서 스트레스와 멀어질 수 있을까요?

우리 삶의 좋은 동반자인 취미와 즐겁게 공존할 수 있는 방법은 없을까요?

Excluding everyday sports such as walking, it is not possible to call a referee every time you play as it is the second most popular sport in Korea.

한국에서 조기축구를 즐기는 사람들이 점점 많아지고 있습니다. TV 프로그램 ‘골때리는 그녀들`의 영향으로 여성 조기축구 인구 또한 빠르게 증가하면서 조기 축구 시장은 유례없는 호황을 맞고 있죠. 그만큼 축구에 대한 관심도가 증가하고 있고 축구를 취미로써 즐기는 사람이 증가한 것입니다.

이러한 열기 속에 ‘사커비`, ‘고알레` 와 같이 디지털 정보기술을 활용하여 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼도 생겨났습니다. 하지만 이와 같은 시스템이 생겨났음에도 불구하고 축구를 ‘즐기는 것`에 대한 개선은 이루어지지 않고 있습니다.

축구장 예약이 쉬워지고, 개인별 능력치를 확인하여 훈련하고, 용병을 구하는 플랫폼이 생겨나도 결국 해결하지 못한 것이 ‘심판`에 대한 영역이다. 걷기 등의 일상적인 운동을 제외했을 때 단일 종목 중 우리나라에서 두 번째로 많은 인구가 즐기는 운동인 만큼 경기할 때마다 심판을 부를 수는 없는 노릇입니다.

It is difficult to control people who do not have professional knowledge, and not everyone is good at listening. In the beginning, I joined a club because I wanted to play soccer, but very few people would like to judge

Conflicts arise in the following structure. When an amateur referee makes a poor judgment, the amateur player makes a poor appeal. Here, you will get hurt feelings and have a bad experience. This is a bad experience that should never exist in football as a hobby.

This is because, as mentioned earlier, hobbies are a really important factor in our lives. When you enjoy hobbies, you should be able to focus only on them. Therefore, I propose a new referee, [referee], that you have not seen before so that you can enjoy your hobbies more like a hobby.

보통 대부분 문제는 심판 때문에 생깁니다. 아마추어 축구에서 심판은 모두가 꺼리는 역할입니다. 전문적인 지식이 없는 사람들을 컨트롤하기도 힘들며 모두가 이야기를 잘 들어주는 것도 아닙니다. 애초에 본인도 축구를 하고 싶어서 동호회에 가입하였는데 심판을 하는 것을 좋아할 사람은 정말 극소수일 것입니다.

갈등은 다음과 같은 구조로 발생합니다. 아마추어 심판이 어설픈 판단을 내리면 아마추어 선수가 어설픈 어필을 합니다. 여기서 감정이 상하고 좋지 않은 경험을 하게 됩니다. 이 좋지 않은 경험은 취미로서의 축구에 있어서는 절대 존재해서는 안 되는 경험입니다.

앞서 말한 것처럼 취미는 우리의 삶에서 정말 중요한 요소이기 때문입니다. 그렇다면 이 심판은 누구를 위한 심판인가요? 취미를 즐길 때는 취미에만 집중할 수 있도록 해야 합니다. 따라서 취미를 더욱 취미답게 즐길 수 있도록 지금까지 만나보지 못한 새로운 심판, 레프리를 제안합니다.
